You can burn with a passion for life and work without burning out. Seriously, it’s possible to live with more joy, meaning, and fulfillment than you ever thought possible. How do I know? Because I’ve been exhausted, overwhelmed, and overworked, despite doing what everyone said would bring success and happiness. I lived #hustleculture and it took my spark for awhile. But then I discovered the profound impact of living with purpose. It transformed the way I view work, leadership, success, relationships, and so much more.

That’s why I started Light Echo Co.—to help leaders and organizations connect purpose to work, spark transformation in their people and cultures, develop effective strategies for making a difference, level up their brands, and use their power for good.

I believe that we're all created for a purpose and mine is to SPARK the flame of purpose in others and to help women live into their limitless potential.

We have one, precious life. Let's not waste it on things that don't matter, including work. Yep, I said it. Don't waste your beautiful life on things (including work) that doesn't light you up and make a difference.

For over 20 years, I’ve been a purpose seeker. By leveraging the best of communications, public relations, marketing, adult education, and executive leadership, I've crafted a process that helps leaders and organizations achieve greater success with significance through the power of purpose.

In 2021, fueled by my passion for entrepreneurship and empowering others, I founded Light Echo Co. to help purpose-driven leaders and organizations transform work and the workplace.

Okay... that's enough formal "stuff".

I live life to its fullest and enjoy running while listening to audio books and podcasts, hiking in adventurous places, chasing after the best tacos in town, and watching football with my best friend (hubby) and our adorable woofer, Zander.

About Light Echo Co.

When we observe the night sky, we're looking at a snapshot in time. Those brilliant objects are reflections of light bouncing off clouds of gas and dust, echoing the brilliance of powerful flares and supernovas. They are called "light echoes" and we see their waves of light because of what they touch.

When the power of purpose awakens within us, there is a bright light that radiates through our words and actions. And through us, purpose has the power to transform our companies, our communities, and our world. We see our impact reflected through others, just like light echoes.

This was my inspiration for starting Light Echo Co., to help leaders awaken the power of purpose within themselves and their organizations. I also want to help women reach their full potential by inviting them to discover how their brilliant light can change their lives and the world around them.
