About dr. amber sessoms

Dr. Amber M. Sessoms, NCSP, is an authenticity architect, connection curator, and narrative navigator who founded Natural Inclination LLC in 2019 to help courageous leaders challenge devaluing narratives and craft liberatory stories that foster authenticity, belonging, and values-aligned change. Describing herself as a “perpetual toddler,” Amber asks “why” to encourage child-like curiosity through her research-based 3D Power Tools Framework, where she facilitates and guides her learners in developing their natural inclination to align with their core values, leverage their strengths, and nourish their needs, enabling them to live authentically.

Amber is a nationally certified school psychologist and a doctorate-level adult educator with over 20 years of experience in the education and mental health sectors. She was the first person of color to receive the Pennsylvania School Psychologist of the Year award in 2020 and to serve as President of the Association of School Psychologists of Pennsylvania from 2022 to 2024. Amber also serves as Chair of the Programs Committee for the Board of Trustees at Millersville University, her alma mater.
