Leslie has spent her career in human resources, with over 20 years of experience from HR Intern to HR department of one to CHRO. She is well versed in the challenges of balancing employee relations and managing business needs and expectations. Leslie specializes in partnering with business leaders and HR staff to enable their success individually and collectively within the organization that they work.

Leslie is passionate about creating authentic connections with individuals to realize their potential and happiness, in whatever they are setting out to do personally or professionally. She applies passion through her work, helping clients become their best selves to create the best workplaces and change how people view Human Resources.

She is actively engaged as a volunteer with the Lancaster Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), where she currently serves as Past President.

Leslie holds a BS in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from Millersville University. She is a Certified Coach trained by the Newfield Network and a Leadership Lancaster Core Class 2015 graduate.
